#71 The sleep divorce (and why it saved our marriage)
In this episode, Ben and Nichole explore the surprisingly serious world of "sleep divorce" after being forced into separate bedrooms due to Ben's relentless snoring. What starts as a light-hearted discussion about their sleeping arrangements quickly turns into a deep dive into the shocking health consequences of sleep deprivation.
